By accessing or using any PhantomBuild product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Experimental Nature

PhantomBuild creates experimental software and digital products. Our services are provided "as is" and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or undergo significant changes without notice. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of our products for any specific purpose.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt service performance, or interfere with other users. You agree to respect intellectual property rights and provide accurate information when required.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PhantomBuild products are owned by PhantomBuild OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without prior written permission.

5. User-Submitted Content

Certain products allow you to submit content such as photos for analysis or processing. By submitting content, you:

• Grant PhantomBuild a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
• Confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
• Acknowledge that submitted content may be transmitted to third-party services (such as AI providers) for processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitted content is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Certain products provide AI-generated scores, ratings, suggestions, or other outputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is for entertainment and personal reference only.
• AI outputs may vary between uses and are not guaranteed to be accurate, consistent, or complete.
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind (including but not limited to fashion, medical, legal, or financial advice).
• PhantomBuild does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality or suitability of any AI-generated suggestions.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some products offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. PhantomBuild does not process or store payment information directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

8. Measurement and Data Accuracy

Certain products may provide measurements, estimates, or data outputs based on device sensors, external sources, or AI analysis. These are intended for personal reference only and should not be relied upon for professional, medical, legal, safety, or compliance purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any outputs.

9. Data and Privacy

PhantomBuild products may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the user experience. No personally identifiable information is collected unless explicitly stated. Some products operate entirely on-device with no data transmitted to external servers, while others may transmit content to third-party services for processing. 10. Limitation of Liability

PhantomBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damages arising from AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

12. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, APIs, or services not owned or controlled by PhantomBuild, including AI processing services. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, availability, or practices of any third-party services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
